WAD is a sister concern of LAC Auto Designers Pvt Ltd Incorporated in the year 2004 in New Delhi, India and registered under the aegis of National Limousine Association (N.L.A), USA since 2006 and Limousine Association of India.

In 2016, WAD has grown and expanded from a rented workshop in a few hundred yards to a fully owned, 2000 square feet workshop on National Highway 1 in Rajpura, Punjab.
